Our focus is on building relationships with our guests by providing you with the highest levels of quality and cleanliness, doing our best to take care of you, and dealing with you fairly and reasonably. We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be.
We have a NO REFUND policy for all salon services. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or no later than 48 hours after. If we choose to provide a complimentary corrective service appointment, we will schedule it for the first available time within five days of your initial appointment.
